3 Ingredient Keto Low Carb Chocolate

August 26, by Shellie Wilson. 1 Comment

This low carb Keto recipe is for Fat Bombs or homemade chocolate. This easy to make recipe only requires three ingredients and one of them is optional (the peanut butter).

Looking for more Keto Cookbooks? Check out our very own 60+ Keto Recipes book in our online store. So many delicious recipes that I have had real-life success with. I have been living a Keto lifestyle for 3 years as the health benefits for me were amazing. I lost over 10Kg in my first 6 months doing dirty keto eating.

For this recipe you will need

1/2 cup of coconut oil

1 tbs of Cocoa powder

1tbs of No added sugar Peanut Butter

For this recipe I used an ice cube tray as a mold.

You can use any type of plastic mold or candy mold. You can also firm this mix in the refrigerator and then roll into balls. It is however much easier just to pour in to an ice cube tray.

Start by melting your coconut oil in a microwave at 30 second intervals until it is liquid.

Add your cocoa and peanut butter to the liquid coconut oil and mix well.

Simple pour this melted mix into the ice cube tray or your mold. Set in the fridge for 2-3 hours.

As these chocolates are made with coconut oil which has a low melting point you will need to store these in the fridge.

They sound yummy for that ‘need a sweet craving’! How many net carbs are they each?
