It’s the time of year when pumpkins are flowing and everyone is ordering pumpkin spice lattes are Starbucks. Me, I am over here eating my way through a pot of Pumpkin butter cooked up in my Instant pot. Obviously you can swap out the canned pumpkin for fresh cooked pumpkin.
This is what you will need to make this delicious fall treat
1 can pure pumpkin
1/4 cup apple cider
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
Directions
-Add the white sugar, brown sugar, pumpkin, apple cider and pumpkin pie spice to the crockpot and mix together.


– Cook in crock pot for 5 hours on low. Stir every hour.
– Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks!
– Store in storage containers for up to 2 weeks.
