Every time I post anything related to food-near-eggs I get comments about the safety factor, and fair enough, but you have to admit, this is very cool and simply gorgeous. Learn to make brownies in eggs HERE at La Receta de la felicidad. {spotted on Pinterest} If you are looking for a yummy tasting boxed brownie mix, because you are short on time or perhaps you are just no Martha Stewart then check out my all-time favourite Brownie box mix. I hold no judgement for anyone who uses boxed mixes. It’s not how you made the brownie, the journey is not important, What matters is the end goal. Which is just eating it.

Hi, thanks for featuring my “eggs” xD I have also had some queries regarding salmonella and so. First, the eggs are washed, then put in salted water. Finally they are cooked at 350ºF in the oven, so there is no raw egg who could cause salmonella. I mean, if we boil eggs at 200ºF and eat them safely, I believe this should be the same idea… Although I am no expert, just read a couple of articles on the subject :))

Fabulous!! Given I aaaaaaalways get comments about that, this is extremely helpful! Eggs actually rarely cause salmonella, from what I’ve read, but this is great for security measures. Thank you!!
