Cranberry Macadamia Choc Chip Cookies

What you will need:

  • 250g butter, softened
    1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 1/2 cups self-raising flour
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts

Taco Dry Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients

1- 15oz can chickpeas

1 tbsp. taco seasoning

1 tbsp. olive oil

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400*

 

Drain and rinse chickpeas.

Dry between paper towels or dish towels.

Add chickpeas and olive oil in a bowl and toss to coat.

 

 

Place chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.
