Here is my recipe for S’more Candy Apples.
Makes: 3 Candied Apples
Prep: 20 Minutes
Ingredients:
1 bag red candy melts
1/2 cup Ghirardelli’s chocolate wafers
3 graham crackers
1 cup marshmallows
3 large pop sticks
3 apples
Instructions:
Melt the red candy melts in a bowl as directed on the package.
Place the stick into the apple. It’s best to go a little sideways as the core of the apple is tough.
Dip the apples in a bowl and set them on freezer, wax, or parchment paper to dry. While drying add the marshmallows and pieces of graham cracker all over the apple.
Melt the Ghirardelli’s chocolate as directed and drizzle over the top.
Place in the fridge until ready to serve.
