In a large microwave-safe mug, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, and baking powder. Stir until well mixed.
Add the egg, melted coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined and there are no lumps.
Microwave on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Check the cake, it should be set but still slightly moist. If not, microwave for an additional 15 seconds.
Let the mug cake cool for a few minutes before serving. Top with whipped cream, berries, or a drizzle of chocolate sauce, if desired.

Vanilla Keto Mug Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
