Strawberry Heart Cheesecake Bites

February 5, by Meaghan Mountford. 1 Comment

strawberry heart cheesecake bitesEverything is coming up hearts these days, even mini cheesecake bites with–duh, so smart!–strawberry hearts. I’m thinking of a jillion other treats you  could dress up with strawberry hearts, too. Find the recipe and how-tos for strawberry heart mini cheesecake bites HERE at The Happier Homemaker.

If you love baking with Strawberry flavours check out this AMAZING strawberry syrup. Perfect for adding a burst of flavour to your cooking, drinks and cocktails.  Strawberry syrup.  It comes in a few different variations but it is certainly a staple in my baking cupboard.

Strawberry Cream Cheese Cookie Cups

Enjoy a bite-sized dessert with these strawberry cream cheese cookie cups. A delicious sugar cookie crust is filled with luscious cream cheese filling and topped with a strawberry topping.

The sugar cookie cups are made in a mini muffin tin. (Try a regular muffin tin for a biggie-sized dessert.) Once the cookies are baked, a well is created in the cookie to hold the yummy filling.  See the full recipe here.

These cookie cups are an elegant dessert to serve for special occasions but are easy enough to make for an everyday treat.
