It’s the time of year when pumpkins are flowing and everyone is ordering pumpkin spice lattes are Starbucks. Me, I am over here eating my way through a pot of Pumpkin butter cooked up in my Instant pot. Obviously, you can swap out the canned pumpkin for fresh cooked pumpkin.
Some of my favorite things to add pumpkin butter onto is crusty loaf bread and believe it or not cheese! A smear of this pumpkin butter on a rich firm cheese is the perfect way to enjoy some wine and cheese in the evening. 1 can pure pumpkin
1/4 cup apple cider
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
