Here is a clever idea to making a Banana Caramel sauce.
Kristen of MakeTheBestOfEverthing, caramelized banana puree from a ripe banana and used no sugar.
This is a great topping for pancakes, ice cream and more. And this is healthy for kiddos of course!

I’ll certainly try this out! I’ve been making faux ice cream with frozen bananas. Just cut up one medium size banana into 2″ pieces. Freeze for 3 or more hours. After it’s frozen solid, puree in a mini chopper or food processor. I add a little coconut mild to give it a creamy texture. Awesome substitute for vanilla ice cream!! I’ve also enjoyed it with unsweetened cocoa powder (yum) and different fruits too.
