Cranberry relish is either a hit or miss with people. I love the homemade and canned relish. It’s that little pow of flavor on your plate. It is also part of my turkey sandwiches the next day. So good!
This recipe adds a little extra to the relish, by mixing in mandarin oranges and some red wine. You can mix in any fruit you like.
