I have been on the Keto diet or lifestyle for over 2 years now and basically I am in maintenance mode for health benefits. From time to time though I crave a sweet treat but rather than grab a standard cookie I still “treat” myself with these keto cookies.
Here are my top 40 Keto cookie recipes. We have tried several of these but my favorite has to be a quick 3 ingredient cookie that I created myself. I can whip these up and be eating them within 30 mins (allowing to cool). The speed of these 3 ingredient keto cookies prevents me from being lazy and grabbing something I shouldn’t. Magic Cookies – Keto, Low Carb, FIVE Minutes, EASY
Flourless Almond Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
(1.5g net carb!) Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies – gnom-gnom
My Chocolate chip cookie recipe is very simple.
1 cup of Almond flour
2 tbs of melted coconut oil
2 tsp of Monkfruit sweetener (You may need to adjust this to your own taste buds, I prefer less sweetness taste as the choc chips are sweet)
2 tbs of Noshu sugar-free choc Chips.
- Mix all the ingredients together and add 1-2 tsp of water until moist enough to create mounds of dough on a lined cookie tray. These cookies do not rise so that should give you an indication of size. I make around 5-6 cookies from one batch of dough. The thinner the cookie the crisper it will be.
- Cook for 10-12 mins or until golden brown. These cookies need to cool before touching, the coconut oil has to become solid again or your cookie will simply crumble.
I have added various nuts and even a spoonful of low sugar peanut butter. It is a great recipe for quick basic Keto eating.
