These Keto crackers are amazing to eat and amazingly easy to make too. I started my Keto diet or Ketosis journey around 8 weeks ago. Not only have I lost weight but my health has improved dramatically. I used to have terrible daily headaches and weekly migraines. Within a week they had stopped. I didn’t even think I ate a lot of sugar it was just poor food choices.
These Keto crackers are so easy to make you will love them! For this recipe I used a pre-sliced cheese. Not that plastic cheese but actual REAL cheese thinly sliced.
I cut my cheese into quarters, but you could make rounds or long strips for dipping crackers, if you wanted to. You can use grated cheese if that is all you have on hand, but you will need to drop it into piles in the hot pan.
Place the cheese into a hot pan until it bubbles and begins to become golden brown.
Remove from the pan and place on paper towel to soak up excess oil and to harden the crackers.
Serve with other Keto friendly items such as Avocado and salmon.
