I have seen the french site but, the instructions are still not clear! Please help!
Hi Leah, I’ve never made these myself, I just linked to the source. But it looks like they take a paper cut, cut slits about 1/3 of the way down, evenly spaced, and then fold inward, layering the flaps. Then she added decorations/stickers. You can also try google free translation, though I think the photographs are meant to be the best guide!
