How have I not heard of this brilliant, centuries-old tool? The second I saw these blackbird pie vents on the kitchn I started singing “four and twenty blackbirds baked in a pie”. The kitchn provide a link for resources to buy HERE.

I have one for halloween that I bought on ebay years ago…it’s a black cat with it’s back up and the vent is his hissing mouth. I love it
