?Yields: 6-8 servings
INGREDIENTS
12 oz bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 Tablespoon shortening
20 Kraft caramels – unwrapped
1 Tablespoon heavy cream
18 mini pretzel twists
18 Rolo candies – unwrapped
1/4 cup candy corn
DIRECTIONS
1. Line a 15 x 11 half sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside.
2. Add the chocolate chips and shortening to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second increments until completely melted and smooth.
3. Pour the melted chocolate into the lined sheet pan and smooth out evenly to the edges with a rubber spatula.
4. Place the unwrapped Rolo candies randomly on top of the melted chocolate.
5. Place the pretzels on top of the melted chocolate bark.
6. Sprinkle the candy corn on top of the melted chocolate bark, paying attention to any empty spaces between the Rolos and pretzels.
7. In a small microwave safe bowl, microwave the caramels and the cream in 30 second increments until completely melted and smooth.
8. Drizzle the melted caramel all over the top of the chocolate bark.
9. Chill for 15 minutes.
10. Break into bite size pieces and ENJOY!!
