The cold and flu season seems to start earlier and earlier every year. This year was no exception. In fact, I got a flu shot this year. I haven’t had one in 15 years and then I find out it may not be effective against this year’s flu strain. Knock on wood that I continue to be healthy. We try very hard not to rely on the over the counter drugs, unless we absolutely, desperately need it.
