Here is a healthy nacho for those of you that can keep up your resolution and need something to munch on at the football parties. I’m thinking this will be my alternative to the chips and dips this year for our Superbowl party. I wonder if I could make this for a team dinner and if the kids would eat it? Hmm? I might have to give it a try.
