I remember the first time I roasted a turkey. I was so worried that I would forget to take the giblets in plastic out of the turkey and that it would be as dry as the turkey from National Lampoon’s Christmas. I was tired before everyone arrived, because I was so stressed. It is a stressful time of year, if you are cooking for a crowd your first time. So let me help some of you out and give you a sight to help with cooking time and carving the turkey.
