We love dogs, even though we don’t have any of our own at the moment. M sister just got the cutest lab puppy, and that got me thinking about treats for pets. I know that many people make their pets homemade treats, so I decided to see just how far they go and bring you some of the links. You can even get doggy themed cookie cutters, take a look.

My favorite recipes for my dogs are the ones I’ve found for dog birthday cakes. I know it sounds like something that wouldn’t be healthy for your dog, but the recipes I use have all natural ingredients and nothing that will harm my dog.
We always make a big deal for their birthdays, so these cakes make it a real fun celebration and they’re always big enough for both dogs. 🙂
