Now this is a cake I can sink my teeth into. I love fresh fruit, especially in the summer. This cake would be the perfect ending to a barbecue and a much healthier version of the birthday cake. I’m not much of a cake person, but I would gladly have a piece or two of this cake.

It’s jicama and according to Blue Apron, it won’t turn brown like other fruit.
