There is nothing like fresh sweet summer corn! I wish we could have it all year round, but in Maine that isn’t possible. You can freeze that corn and save it for those winter months. I’m going to buy some extra corn this summer at the Farmer’s Market and freeze it for the winter. This will save me some money on the frozen corn that I usually buy.
