Bettina asked a good question: Do the Easter egg decorating ideas I called for HERE have to be edible? I’m going to have to say no. Not at all. Because I’m loving her eggs needle felted over 4-inch Styrofoam eggs. These eggs are from Bettina Groh of Glass Dragon Teddy Bears in Missouri.
Thanks Bettina! And if you have any Easter egg decorating ideas (edible or not), feel free to send them along to [email protected] or through the Send us gossip link up there, to Edible Crafts.

I love her felted eggs. I have been making different types, having fun experimenting and filling the house with eggs.

I love these felted eggs. Do you know from where I would be able to get some patterns for them or other felted eggs? i am still a beginner in felting so I am not sure how to go about it….but it is a wonderful idea! Thanks

Dang, I’m not sure Anna, so not my area of expertise. But check out our other blogs… felting, needlework, sewing… These ladies know their stuff well, and I’m sure they can point you in the right direction.
