Occasionally, I have crystallized honey and now I know how to use it up. Creamed honey or kremasti med in Croatian!

Bite My Cake informs us on how to cream honey using equal parts of crystallized honey and regular(liquid) honey. It is a long process in the stand mixer. 20 minutes for the first interval.
Once you make the creamed honey, it can be used the same way as its liquid partner. Keep it at room temperature.
