This recipe from Averie at Averie Cooks is very similar to the recipe I use. It is really easy to make and I think much better than the boxed or bag brand. To save time I usually mix the butter, herbs, onion and celery the night before and reheat the next day when preparing the stuffing. You could dry out the bread the day before also.
