Peanut Butter and Chocolate Swirls Candies

March 11, 2015 by Carolyn Bickford

peanut butter and chocolate swirl cookies
Chocolate and peanut butter are my two favorite flavors. This will not be for those with allergens, unless you replace the peanut butter with soy nut. If you can shape them like an egg, you could use this as a treat for Easter. I’ll have some gluten-free, dairy-free and sugar free options for later.

Easter-Cupcakes

March 8, 2015 by Carolyn Bickford

baby bluebirds in candy nests
I’m not big on losing an hour of sleep, unless it means spring is getting closer and the days are getting longer. 13 more days till spring. We don’t have a lot of bluebirds, but looking forward to seeing the robins. This is a cute reminder that spring is right around the corner.

DIY Go-gurt

March 7, 2015 by Carolyn Bickford

gogurt
When I had to provide my daughter with a snack for school, the “Gogurt” was the best invention ever. She was eating something somewhat healthy and it was convenient. Hershey Kiss Shamrock Necklace or Ornament
Here is a fun craft to make with the kids for St. Patrick’s Day. It does require a hot glue gun, so adult supervision is needed. Stained Glass Shamrock Cookies

March 3, 2015 by Carolyn Bickford

Stained Glass Shamrock Cookies, best
Liven up those shamrock cookies with stained glass in the middle. Surprise the kids with these cookies or have them help you make them. Maybe even hide some treasure and they can use the cookie to find it. I would look through it to turn the snow into what I hope to see soon, some green grass.
