Spooky Red Velvet Cupcake

This eggless red velvet cupcake is topped with whipped cream rather than the classic cream cheese frosting. To make it spooky, Smruti at Herbivore Cucina added edible fake blood to some pipette. You can also add some on top of the frosting for extra creepiness. You can use this recipe without with the fake blood for future holidays.
