This may be a dessert, but I can see myself eating it for breakfast too. Yup, I will eat pie for breakfast too. Thank goodness we don’t eat a lot of desserts. This would be a great dish to bring to a potluck or brunch. The recipe also calls for nuts, but that can be optional.
