The only problem with being healthy, you cut back or eliminate the sweets all together. I believe it’s okay to indulge occasionally. This time of year, I start to bake and I love snacking on apples and caramel sauce. Most of the time I will eat apples and peanut butter, but when you need that sweet kick. This smoothie is created for kids, but I think I might be making this for myself when that sweet craving occurs.
