Keto Chicken Air Fryer Crumb Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken tenders or chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs
- Cooking spray
Instructions:
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the Breading:
- In a shallow bowl, mix the almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Prepare the Chicken:
- In another shallow bowl, beat the eggs.
- Bread the Chicken:
- Dip each chicken piece into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off.
- Coat the chicken with the almond flour mixture, pressing gently to adhere the crumbs.
- Air Fry the Chicken:
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the breaded chicken pieces in a single layer in the basket. You may need to cook in batches to avoid overcrowding.
- Lightly spray the top of the chicken with cooking spray.
- Cook:
- Air fry the chicken for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
