Thank goodness someone created egg free cookie dough. The only downfall, is we eat a lot of it! These truffles are perfect gifts for the holidays. Plus, you can freeze the dough ahead of time and then dip them in chocolate when you are baking your other holiday treats. A great easy gift to make with the kids.
