Being in a country as big as United States, it is no surprise that there are multiple ways to celebrate Thanksgiving. A major part of the celebration, is of course, the food.
The New York Times has put together a unique recipe from each state (and D.C and Puerto Rico) to uniquely express what Thanksgiving might represent in terms of food from each of these states.
This a genuine and bona-fide way to have a very fabulous Thanksgiving indeed.
My favorite is the Pumpkin Soup with Anco and Apple (from Illinois).
