40+ Bread Machine And Breadmaker Recipes

March 19, 2020 by Shellie Wilson

These amazing breadmaker recipe roundup has been curated by 3 Boys and a Dog. This list of recipes is so big you are really not going to need another list.  find your favorite recipes, print them off and get starting on creating your own bread in your own home.

Making fresh bread doesn’t need to be hard- supermarkets carry premix that you add straight into the breadmaker to knead and bake for you at the press of a button.  You can also make your own bread mixes from scratch. This is usually more affordable as you can bulk buy your bread flour.  Making your own bread not only provides fresh hot bread to your dinner table but it allows you to make Gluten-free bread, low carb keto breads and speciality bread too. Breadmakers and breadmaking machines also allow you to make a dough that can be used for pizzas, sweet dishes and so much more.

There’s no smell more amazing than the smell of a freshly baked loaf of bread in your own home. Make sure you have butter ready to melt into the piece of soft bouncy bread.

Are you looking for a super easy and delicious recipe for banana bread that you can make in your bread maker? Look no further! Here’s my go-to recipe for a yummy and moist banana bread:

Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas, mashed
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:

First, mash your ripe bananas with a fork and set them aside.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, vegetable oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.

In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Add the dry ingredients to the mixing bowl with the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.

Add in the mashed bananas and stir gently to incorporate them into the batter.

Pour the batter into your bread maker and set it to the “quick bread” or “cake” setting, depending on your machine. (If your machine has a “banana bread” setting, even better!)

Close the lid and let the bread maker do its thing! The baking time will vary depending on your machine, but it should take anywhere from 1-2 hours.

Once the bread maker beeps to indicate that the bread is done, carefully remove the bread pan and let it cool for a few minutes before removing the banana bread.

Slice and serve warm with a pat of butter, or let it cool completely and store it in an airtight container for later.

That’s it! This banana bread is so easy to make and always turns out moist and delicious. Give it a try and let me know what you think!  This 3 ingredient recipe 3 Ingredient Chocolate Banana Bread Recipe  is also very popular, and you can throw that into the breadmaker also.
