4 Easy But Impressive Fudge Recipes to Gift This Holiday Season

If you’ve ever wanted to hand out edible gifts that look like you spent hours in the kitchen (but really didn’t), fudge is your secret weapon. It’s simple, foolproof, and endlessly adaptable — plus, it keeps beautifully for gifting.

These four easy but impressive fudge recipes will make you look like the queen of the Christmas treat table. Perfect for wrapping in little boxes, adding to hampers, or sneaking into your own fridge for “taste testing.”

1. Salted Caramel Swirl Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips 
  • 1 can (395 g) sweetened condensed milk 
  • 2 tbsp butter 
  • ¼ cup thick caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade) 
  • Pinch of sea salt flakes 

Directions

  1. Line an 8-inch pan with baking paper. 
  2. Melt white chocolate, condensed milk, and butter together in a saucepan over low heat until smooth. 
  3. Pour into prepared pan and drizzle caramel sauce over the top. 
  4. Use a skewer to swirl the caramel through the fudge. 
  5. Sprinkle sea salt flakes on top. 
  6. Chill for at least 2 hours before slicing into squares. 

To gift: Wrap in parchment, stack in a kraft box, and finish with a rustic ribbon.

2. Chocolate Peppermint Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 cups dark chocolate chips 
  • 1 can (395 g) sweetened condensed milk 
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract 
  • ½ cup crushed candy canes 

Directions

  1. Melt chocolate and condensed milk over low heat, stirring until smooth. 
  2. Remove from heat, stir in peppermint extract. 
  3. Pour into a lined slice tin and smooth the top. 
  4. Sprinkle crushed candy canes over the surface and press gently. 
  5. Chill for 2 hours, then cut into bite-sized pieces. 

To gift: Place in small tins lined with red tissue paper — smells like Christmas itself!

Ingredients

  • 400 g white chocolate, chopped 
  • 1 can (395 g) sweetened condensed milk

Directions

  1. Melt white chocolate and condensed milk together over low heat. 
  2. Stir in Biscoff spread until creamy. 
  3. Fold through crushed biscuits and pour into a lined tray. 
  4. Swirl an extra spoonful of Biscoff on top for a marbled look. 
  5. Chill until firm, then slice. 

To gift: Cut into neat squares and wrap in wax paper with a small tag that says “A little cookie magic.”

Ingredients

  • 400 g milk chocolate, chopped 
  • 1 can (395 g) sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 

Directions

  1. Melt chocolate and condensed milk in a saucepan over gentle heat. 
  2. Stir in Baileys and vanilla until glossy and thick. 
  3. Pour into a lined pan and smooth the surface. 
  4. Refrigerate for 3–4 hours until firm. 
  5. Cut into squares and store chilled. 

To gift: Pack into glass jars with gold lids and festive twine. Add a tag that says “Adults only — spiked with Christmas spirit.”
