My previous post on where to keep your butter got lots of people talking, with most people saying that they normally keep the butter on the counter at room temperature. So they never run into the classic issue of not being able to spread hard butter out of the fridge on toast in the morning.
But what about others that don’t want to keep butter on the counter?
Fear not, introducing the butter knife with a serrated grater built right into the knife for spreading the butter straight from the fridge!
