Cookie Roses

I think that in my decade of cookie decorating work, I’ve made about 5000 cookies decorated as roses. And that’s not a dramatic estimate (Valentine’s Day at the store made up most of those)… Yet Bake at 350 still managed to pique my interest with these beautiful rose cookies. I just love them.
