I’m going to flood you with some flu remedies that I wish I had on hand the last few weeks. I will definitely keep these on hand for the future. The flu and cold season is worse this spring than it was this winter. I’m now torn between a mild winter over our normal snowy, freezing winter. Looking at some of the remedies, apparently I need more garlic in my diet. It does more than keep the vampires away.

- 1 lemon, peeled
- 1 – 4 garlic cloves
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger
- cayenne pepper
Here is an Immunity e-book we put together to show you how you can increase your immunity at home DIY style. It covers managing stress and healthy eating, all of which play important roles in making sure you don’t get colds or flu. Don’t forget your morning Immunity defense gummy vitamins too. I take mine daily to pick up any dietary shortfall I might have. Having a strong immunity system allows you to recover from the flu quickly and easily. I just don’t have time to be sick, as a mother of teenagers who still can’t drive, It is all go, go ,go in our house.

I would love to read and try the “Flu Buster Juice” but every time I’ve tried your link above, I get ‘site cannot be reached’. Is there an updated link?
