Still looking for a side dish? Since I’m the only one that likes sweet potatoes, this is one that I’m trying this year. This recipe is great, because you can bake the potatoes ahead of time and then bake them again in the oven with toppings for the holiday feast. A sweet potato casserole for one, love it!
