I love peppermint, but we do have a lot left over from building gingerbread houses, advent calendars and to give to cashiers, especially if they have a mean customer before you. I like to save mine and mix it in my ice cream, put in my hot cocoa and just munch on them whenever.

Even though these cookies spell out Merry Christmas, they can actually be used for all the holidays. You could spell out Hanukkah and Kwanzaa or even spell someone’s name on their birthday.
