I may not like to eat pumpkins, but I really enjoy eating the pumpkin seeds. I’m happy with just butter and salt. I have to remember to let them cool a little after I take them out of the oven. So save the seeds after you carve the pumpkins, rinse them, let them dry, season and bake. Don’t waste your money on the store brand. Plus, this is fun for the family to make together.
