Granola is great for breakfast or something to snack on. This granola can be made in the slow cooker, but not one you can leave to cook by itself. You will actually have to stir this every 30 minutes. Probably something to make while you are cooking other items. It seems daunting, but you have to keep an eye on the granola you make in the oven too.

Thanks for sharing!!! Stirring regularly is necessary, but at least when it’s in the slow cooker you have some flexibility — unlike the oven when the granola can burn in a matter of 1 or 2 minutes if you take your eye off of it (and that always happens to me!).
