Nothing like coming home from a long day and the smell of dinner ready to go. Winter is the time I tend to rely on the Crock Pot the most. Mostly because once or twice a week, something has us home late for dinner. And rather than stopping at a fast food restaurant, it was nice to know that we had something warm and yummy sitting ready for us to enjoy.
