Besides peppermint and gingerbread, I’m thankful for pomegranates this time of year. A fruit rich in antioxidants and other nutrients, that surprisingly many people haven’t tried. Give it a try. I’m not big on cold items when it is cold out, but I’ll crank up the heat a little higher to enjoy this over the holidays.
