Here are 4 of my favorite Sandwich sauce recipes , they are a great way to add POP to your Panini

1. Creamy Basil Pesto Sauce:

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup pine nuts or walnuts
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

In a food processor, combine basil, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts or walnuts, and minced garlic.
Pulse until the ingredients are coarsely chopped.
While the food processor is running, slowly pour in the olive oil in a steady stream until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Blend again briefly to incorporate the seasoning.
Transfer the creamy basil pesto sauce to a jar or container. It can be used immediately or stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.

2. Tangy Honey Mustard Sauce:

Ingredients:

1/4 cup Dijon mustard (this link is to my favorite brand)
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

 In a bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, mayonnaise, and apple cider vinegar until well combined.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the amount of honey and vinegar to achieve your desired level of tanginess and sweetness.
Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
Transfer the tangy honey mustard sauce to a squeeze bottle or jar. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

3. Spicy Sriracha Mayo:

Ingredients:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce (adjust for desired spiciness)
1 teaspoon lime juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt to taste
Instructions:

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, lime juice, and garlic powder.
Stir well until all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
Taste and add salt if needed.
Adjust the amount of Sriracha to achieve your preferred level of spiciness.
Transfer the spicy Sriracha mayo sauce to a squeeze bottle or jar. Keep it refrigerated for up to two weeks.

4. Zesty Sun-Dried Tomato Aioli:

Ingredients:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil), drained and chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

In a food processor, combine mayonnaise, sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, lemon juice, and dried basil.
Pulse until the mixture is well blended and the sun-dried tomatoes are finely chopped.
Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
Transfer the zesty sun-dried tomato aioli sauce to a jar or container. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
Serve with sandwiches, burgers, or as a dipping sauce.
