If you are planning to entertain for the holidays. I would recommend Oriental Trading Company. They tend to have the holiday items on sale before the holidays. We have some carolers coming later this month and I wanted to have festive items for entertaining. Since we usually don’t entertain during the holidays, I needed cheap items that could also be used for other purposes. The mugs with snowflakes are plastic and can be used for hot and cold items. I also liked that they could be used all winter long. The Santa mugs I’ll use Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The milk jars can be used for drinks, decorative holders and also as gifts. I like that they come with covers. The square bins can also be used for Valentine’s Day and patriotic holidays. The bears on the cupcakes are finger puppets. They can be used as decorative items or placed in stockings. I may even make my own crackers and put one in each cracker. Since we don’t eat a lot of chocolate, I went for the candy cane and peppermints. I do recommend looking at their candy supplies and check out their ideas for party planning and even some recipes.
