Happy Earth Day! I might have to give this pan release a go and it uses only 3 ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry. Since I don’t bake all the time, I would probably quarter the recipe. It should last up to 3 months in the pantry or you could put it in the refrigerator for longer. I usually keep the sticks of butter wrappers in the freezer to use to grease the pans, but it isn’t very efficient for large baking projects. I hate the smell and the mess from the sprays. Plus, all those cans that don’t get recycled. Convenient, but not very earth friendly.
