I actually serve this one to my children at least once a week. It is a great way to use up those forgotten bananas at the back of the fridge too. I use plain natural yogurt and sweeten up the dish with a drizzle of chocolate sauce or maple syrup. I also sprinkle granola on top for a nice crunch.
These breakfast smoothies are perfect for breakfast in bed for a special occasion or breakfast in bed for bed rotting.
