I don’t think I’ve actually made Jell-O in about 25 years (that puts me at childhood), and yet I am clearly fascinated by the stuff because I post on it all the time. I suppose it’s just the beautiful possibilities of the oddly textured, colorful, dare I say ethereal, sweet. And all those qualities of beauty are represented by this layered JellO at Cafe Zupas. Have I gone too far? I don’t think so. I mean, just look at this! Gorgeous.

I have made rainbow jigglers out of Jello before – they were as much fun to make as they were to eat, especially using a cup to cut out circle (which were then cut in half of for the rainbows) and the weird “thwack” sound it would make when pulling the cup up.
This posting looks like there is whipped topping mix in some of the layers and looks very yummy. Thanks for sharing this with us!

It looks so pretty! I don’t even like the taste of Jell-o, but this post has made me want to make some rainbow-ish Jell-o, just because it looks so nice! I’m sure I can find SOMEONE to eat it, once I’m done with it…. 🙂
