I love that there are more creations for smaller portions of baked goods and recipes. We are a family of three and the last thing we need is a dozen cupcakes in the house. Especially if you are trying to eat healthy. It is okay to splurge occasionally. I would double this recipe for the family and my daughter and husband can fight over the last cupcake. A great recipe for a date or when you and your girlfriend are getting together for dinner. Or just to have on your own during one of those stressful weeks.
