A great way to use up the tomatoes and basil in your garden is by making a Caprese salad. It is a great side dish or main course depending on your appetite. A healthy way to use up your vegetables and herbs. Sometimes you want some fried food. Jenna at Seasoned Sprinkles has created the perfect fried dish. It’s like the mozzarella stick meets healthy. Okay maybe Jenna and I try to make it sound healthier than it is, but hey you are getting your vegetables with this dish.

Click here on Seasoned Sprinkles for the recipe and directions.

Healthy? No winder there is such a rise in obesity in the States. A Caprese is a salad with tomatoes, fresh buffala mozzarella and basil and some olive oil. Why screw with it by frying what I suppose are processed sticks?
