These easy no-bake healthy donuts are such a fun little treat when you want something that feels like dessert but still has a bit of goodness tucked inside. Made with dates, oats, ground almonds, nut butter, honey, and a little chocolate, they’re more of an energy bite in donut form — which, let’s be honest, instantly makes them more appealing.
They’re perfect for afternoon tea, lunchbox treats, after-school snacks, or those moments when you want something sweet without turning on the oven. The donut shape makes them feel playful and special, while the fruit garnish and chocolate dip give them that “I made an effort” look without actually requiring much effort at all.
If you love simple edible crafts, these no-bake donuts are a lovely recipe to make with kids too. They can help roll, cut, dip, and decorate — and yes, there will probably be chocolate on the bench, the fruit, and possibly someone’s sleeve.
